• Name files in such a way that their contents, meaning and date of origin are easily readible 

• Have the items that are accessed the most frequently at top 

• The Teacher Shared Drive will consist of mainly admin, word docs of past exams, etc. 

• The Student Shared Drive  contains all content, PDFs, Slides, Links to more.

• Use subfolders and tables within GDocs to store information hierarchically to reduce clutter and improve readability.

• Store information housed in website inside shared drives - to allow easy control of who has access to what.

• A webpage focused on the GR8 Topic 1 Numbers - will have folders embedded within it, that match this Topic (allowing quick access) 

• Every topic in the student section of the Website will take the structure as shown below
